Absolute Estate

Absolute Villa Estate consists of 2 luxurious villas with swimming pool and a BBQ area. It is situated in southwest Kefalonia and it is built upon a cliff overlooking Ai Helis beach. The Estate has immediate access to the beautiful sandy beach of Ai Helis, via a little path.

Absolute Estate is surrounded by a 11000 m2 garden, with an amazing 360 view of the Ionian Sea and comprises of two main Villas Armonia and Melodia, which are rented together by one group. Both Villas can accommodate up to 20 people.

Armonia

5 bedrooms / 5 bathrooms / 250 m² / capacity up to 10 people

Ground Level: Spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen with direct access to an outdoor dinning table, the garden, the BBQ terrace and the common swimming pool. Also houses one of the 4 bedrooms of the villas equipped with twin beds and an ensuite bathroom. On this level there is also a WC for guests.

Bedroom level: A staircase in the living room leads on the second floor that features the master bedroom with a double bed, and the 3rd bedroom with berths. All the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.

This villa also houses a studio bedroom with a small kitchen, bathroom (ensuite) and double access, from outdoors or from inside the villa.

Onsite the property there are two extra fully equipped guesthouses that can be provided upon request.

Villa Marialena is divided into three levels. The first level: features 1 Master bedroom with ocean view, A/C and a king size bed. In front of the bedroom lies a seating area and a small garden.

The pool level features an ample-sized living room with a cozy fireplace, two large dining areas – one indoor & one outdoor -, a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances as well as a guest’s W/C.

The stylish pool level has also pool sunbeds as well as an outdoor BBQ.

The upper level features 1 Master bedroom with a king size bedroom and a traditional Mykonian style balcony. The kind that one can spend hours at, staring at the sea. Also, on the upper level there are 2 more double bedrooms with 1 shared bathroom.

All bedrooms are equipped with A/C and Wi-Fi repeaters.

Virtue apartment is located at the foot of the Acropolis and just a few steps from Acropolis Museum.  Its name was inspired by the Greek Philosophers and the unique location of our apartment.

Virtue is at the very heart of the pedestrian zone leading to the Parthenon, the Akropolis Musuem, Philopappou, Thiseio, Monastiraki, Plaka, Ancient Agora of Athens and in close distance for the Panathenaic Studium, the National Archaelogical Museum of Athens, Lycabettus Hill, Kolonaki and Syntagma Square. Virtue by Stylish Stays is a recently renovated 90 sq.m. apartment.

With respect to the location and the original interior architecture of the apartment, Greek materials like marble and mosaic are elegantly mixed with wood, furniture, amenities and decoration from around the world including of course Greece.
