180° Caldera

4 bedrooms / 4 bathrooms / Private Jacuzzi

Step into the embrace of elegance at “180° Caldera,” a sanctuary nestled in the renowned Firostefani area of Santorini. With 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a private Jacuzzi, this haven captivates the senses and elevates the essence of indulgence.

Perched amphitheatrically in the traditional Santorinian style, the house unfolds like a balcony suspended over the majestic Caldera and the Aegean Sea. Immerse yourself in a palette of white and light grey, gracefully mirroring the azure hues of the sky and sea. Every facet of the residence underwent a meticulous refurbishment in 2020, with each piece of furniture and decorative art thoughtfully curated to harmonize with local elements, weaving a tapestry of dreamy elegance.

Accessible via a stairway from the main square of Firostefani, “180° Caldera” beckons with a mild descent of 70 steps, a prelude to the breathtaking panorama awaiting your arrival. As you step onto the upper veranda, a sprawling outdoor seating area unfolds, offering an unobstructed 180° sea view, a prelude to the wonders within.

Descending further, the main house reveals itself, adorned with a capacious outdoor seating area featuring a grand 6-person built-in tub, a haven for relaxation against the backdrop of the world-famous Santorinian sunsets. The house presents two alternative entrances, leading either to the living room or the well-appointed kitchen.

This Santorinian abode, carved into the volcanic rock, echoes the charm of a cave, with two external bedrooms providing breathtaking sea views, while two cave like bedrooms nestle within the internal confines. The natural coolness imparted by the rock renders the need for air conditioning almost superfluous, yet it stands ready when desired. A bedroom under the dome of the “cave” adds a touch of traditional allure.

The residence boasts a spacious living room with a 50” smart TV (complimentary Netflix and cable TV), a portable music player, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table.
